Green Sustainable Airports (GSA)


Green Sustainable Airports (GSA), formerly known as Sustainable Airport Solutions (SAS), was an international cooperation project focusing on accelerating the process of 'greening' airport operations.

The GSA project was initiated by Groningen Airport Eelde (The Netherlands). The Province of Drenthe was responsible for project management and was acting as Lead Partner in cooperation with Groningen Airport Eelde. There were 17 partners and sub-partners from 6 countries in the North Sea Region.
